If you have an existing  Sage 100 ERP or Sage BusinessWorks Business Care contract,  you can utilize it by calling the Sage Support Department:

Sage Online Software Support (SOSS)

Sage Online Software Support is on Sage’s website. Once you gain access, you can instantly connect to Sage’s internal research database. In fact, you can quickly and easily get all the same information used by Sage’s own support analysts. For example, using the “Locator,” you can do your own searches for reported issues and workarounds in the Sage knowledge base. Sage Online Support requires a current subscription (a.k.a. maintenance) plan.
