class related questions are provided below. If your question is

What time does the class start? |
Registration is from 8:45a – 9:00a. Class typically runs from 9:00a – 5:00p.
There is a one-hour lunch break and several short breaks throughout the
day. |

What do I wear? |
| Most people wear “business casual” clothes. It
is a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket you can take off as the climate of
the room changes throughout the day. |

How do I get there? |
|
From Charlotte:
- Take I-85 N to I-485 Take the Hwy 74 E. exit (Independence Blvd.) to
Monroe
- Travel approximately 9 miles and make a right on Dickerson Blvd (at
the mall)
- 1st right on Commerce Drive
- 4th Building on the right - 2214 Commerce Drive
From Wingate:
- Take Hwy 74 W. to Monroe
- Left on Dickerson Blvd (at the mall)
- 1st right on Commerce Drive
- 4th Building on the right - 2214 Commerce Drive

Are hotels nearby? |
|
Yes! Best Western and Comfort Inn are just down the street from our training
center. Also Hampton Inn about a mile from the training center. |

Will I have a chance to ask
questions and talk one-on-one with the instructor? |
|
Absolutely! Throughout the
day the class takes several short breaks and the instructors are
available to answer any questions you may have. The instructors are also
available after class to meet individually with students and answer
questions. |

What is the cancellation policy? |
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, notice
must be provided to AccuPointe at least one week prior to the class date
to avoid loss of tuition. Classes canceled or re-scheduled less than one
week in advance will be charged 50% of the tuition fee. Classes canceled
less than 24 hours before the start of the class or “no-shows” will
forfeit their tuition. Substitution of registrant is allowed at no
charge.
Classes are subject to cancellation by the training center. Any
cancellation will be made one week prior to the start of the class. If canceled,
all pre-registration fees will be refunded. AccuPointe assumes no responsibility
for non-refundable expenses that may be incurred due to cancellation. |
